LKN Cabinets focuses on affordable Kitchen and Bathroom remodels for homeowners looking for a new or modern kitchen or bathroom. Projects will vary, but our process remains the same.

Homeowner Typical Project Process

1. Free in-home consultation. This meeting will cover your ideas of what you want done.
2. Estimate. We calculate the cost of transforming your home based on selected features.
3. Timetable. Based on materials chosen (ie. ordering) a schedule is setup with you.
4. Remove existing structure and fixtures. The messiest part of the job, but don't worry.
5. Structural construction. We build framework & then install plumbing, & electrical.
6. Inspection (if applicable). Inspectors check the structural, electrical, & plumbing is code.
7. Drywall and flooring installation. We finish the walls and new flooring.
8. Install cabinets, countertops, appliances and fixtures. After completion we cleanup.
9. Client Satisfaction. We will go over the project to see if any other requests are desired.
10. Final walk-through. We make sure you're happy with the finished project.
